The importance of rest
When talking about learning and the brain we definitely have to touch upon the issue of sleep. While sleeping the brain reorganises thoughts, ideas, experiences and -even more practically speaking- washes toxins away. You should make sure to sleep between 7 and 8 hours in order to have an efficiently working brain. Check this video out:
